LEE Kooi Cheng is Deputy Director (Publications & Outreach). She joined CDTL in July 2017 and is a novice in the area of academic development. Nonetheless, she has since developed a keen interest in looking at communication touchpoints, critical friends, and significant networks in enhancing teaching and learning conversations.

Dr. Lajiman bin Janoory is Senior Lecturer of Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), Kuala Lumpur. His research interest is in literary studies. His recent publication: The Author's Personality under Freudian lenses: A Psychoanalytic Analysis of Edward Albee's Psyche in the Light of his Dramatic Works

Dr. Melissa Barnes

Dr Melissa Barnes is a lecturer in the Faculty of Education, working within the fields of teacher education, assessment, policy and TESOL. She teaches and leads research initiatives that focus on policy construction, interpretation and enactment, with a focus on how policies, including structures such as curriculum and assessments, impact and shape teaching and learning. She has published in journals such as Critical Studies in Education, Discourse and English for Academic Purposes, among others. Melissa has been a classroom teacher in the US, Germany, Vietnam and Australia, collectively shaping her understanding and approach to teaching and learning.

Prof. Dr. Jufrizal, M.Hum. is a lecturer in the English Department, Faculty of Languages and Arts, Universitas Negeri Padang working within the fields of Linguistics, Language Typology, Anthropolinguistics. He teaches and leads research initiatives that focus on English grammar, Microlinguistics.
